Welcome to the Remians Cultural Club (RCC). By accessing our platform,
registering for events, or purchasing entry passes, you agree to adhere to these terms.
1. General Conduct & Participation
RCC operates as an inclusive sanctuary for youth art and culture. All
participants, guests, and audience members must adhere to standards of mutual respect. Misconduct,
intellectual property infringement, harassment, or disruption will result in immediate
disqualification without entitlement to a refund.
2. Registration & Account Integrity
When creating an account or registering for events,
you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete credentials. You are solely responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Event Ticketing & Usage
Event passes and registrations are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly
permitted by RCC executives. Reselling passes or registering under false age or institutional
categories is strictly prohibited.
4. Finality of Sales
All event registrations, festival segment entries, and ticket sales made through
the RCC platform are final once payment is confirmed.
5. Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be authorized under the following specific circumstances:
- Event Cancellation: An event or competition segment is permanently canceled by
RCC without rescheduling.
- Schedule Modification: An event date is modified by RCC and the participant
provides notice within 48 hours of announcement that they cannot attend the revised schedule.
- Duplicate Payment: Technical glitches resulting in multiple payment deductions
for a single registration instance.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts on the
participant's end, submission errors during registration, or disqualification due to misconduct or
rule violations.
7. Processing & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original funding account (Mobile
Banking/Card) via our payment gateway partner (PayStation) within 7–10 business days.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
By submitting literary, artistic, or performance works (such as entries for
Kothon or festival segments), you grant RCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to
publish, display, and archive your work for educational and promotional purposes.

Remians Cultural Club (RCC) is committed to safeguarding the personal data of our
student community, participants, and visitors.
1. Data Collection
We collect necessary information during registration, including your full name,
educational institution, class, email address, contact number, and payment reference logs.
2. Utilization of Information
Your information is strictly processed to:
- Verify event category eligibility and issue competition roll/registration receipts.
- Process payments securely through integrated payment gateways (PayStation).
- Send official notifications regarding event schedules, venue updates, and competition results.
3. Security & Payment Processing
RCC does not store full credit card numbers, mobile banking PINs, or sensitive
financial security details. Payment processing is managed securely by third-party PCI-DSS compliant
payment gateways (PayStation).
4. Data Sharing & Privacy Rights
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to external marketers. Data is
shared exclusively with necessary verification partners and administrative software for event
logistics.
